KWS is a fitness and weight loss gym that caters specifically to your special female needs. The caring and supportive team are there to help you to improve your physical and mental well-being so you can feel fabulous.

Time efficient exercise can make a big difference

Everyone knows that exercise is important and it’s well-documented that consistent, time efficient exercise can make a big difference to your health. KWS keeps workouts simple, achievable and challenging for every fitness level.

Everything you need to help you succeed:

  • The KWS circuit incorporates hydraulic resistance machines and equipment. These cover the 7 functional body movements, (of which walking is one), that target and stimulate all the major muscle groups for a fast, time efficient and effective, total body workout; this helps to improve strength, fitness, balance, flexibility, shape, tone, fat burning and coordination in just 30 minutes.
  • A wide variety of motivating classes
  • Food and nutrition guidance
  • Coaching and support

Support from like-minded women

Sometimes it’s a challenge to keep motivated, which is why it’s so beneficial to exercise with other like-minded women. KWS encourages everyone to be consistent and accountable as well as look out for each other whilst having fun and lots of laughs. With the continuous support of great coaches, everyone motivates and inspires each other to become stronger and healthier and get the most out of life, regardless of their age, shape, size or fitness.

It’s time to look after yourself and feel confident and strong

Lots of women simply don’t make the time to exercise or look after themselves properly, and the thought of going to a ‘regular’ gym can be daunting. That's why working out in this female-only fitness community is so special.

All you need to find is 30 minutes, 3+ times a week and you will be surrounded by great women, all trying to achieve the same thing. The KWS circuit and classes will give you an efficient and effective full body workout. The hydraulic resistance machines build your muscle strength and cardio fitness which helps you lose fat and get back into the shape you want to be.

The circuit and classes are suitable for all fitness levels and include:

  • Strength training
  • Cardio
  • Stretching
  • Flexibility
  • Balancing
  • Coordination

You will:

  • Cover the 7 functional body movements needed to achieve a total body workout
  • Work every major muscle group
  • Burn up to 2000 kilojoules (478 calories)
  • Continually achieve results with consistent exercise

  • Improve fat burning and manage weight
  • Lower your blood cholesterol level

You can join the circuit and classes at any time, from any station and start working out when it suits you (within standard opening hours).
