Join in the fun with Bilingual Storytime 

Each bilingual story time session will feature a different language and is a fun way for young children to learn about other cultures! The one-hour session is filled with rhymes, stories, and an interactive activity – it’s aimed at children aged 3-5 and their families.

This runs every 2 weeks at the new Hillview Intercultural Community Centre and bookings are essential. 

About this event

• Bilingual Storytime is a session presented by our volunteers, a in English and another language.

• Filled with rhymes, stories, and an interactive activity.

• Aimed at children aged 3-5 and their families, each session will feature a different language and is a fun way to build on early literacy skills and to explore and learn about other cultures.

• Bilingual Storytime run every 2 weeks (fortnightly) at the new Hillview Intercultural Community Centre.

• All language abilities are welcome.

To help keep your community safe:

• Bookings are essential

• For the time being, all activities (including Rhymes and Stories) will not run as a drop-in program. All attending children, babies and older siblings must have a ticket.

• Limited places are available. Due to this, daycare/family daycare and childcare groups are asked to hold off on attending.

• Physical distancing measures will be in place for all activities.
