Maple nut granola in a white bowl

You'll go nuts for our Maple Nut Granola!

It's said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It will also be the most delicious with our Maple Nut Granola recipe. Warning - you might not be able to stop eating it!

3 cups rolled oats

1 cup coconut chips

1/2 cup shelled pistachios

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp light brown sugar

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup olive oil

3/4 cup dried cherries


  1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, coconut, pistachios, almonds, pumpkin seeds and salt.
  3. In a small pan over low heat, warm the sugar, syrup and olive oil until the sugar has just dissolved. Add this to the oat mixture, and stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and spread evenly with the mix. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crumbly
  5. Once cooled, stir in the cherries and store in an airtight container.
