We would like to take this opportunity to update you about the measures we're taking to protect our customers and friends during this challenging time ahead:

• We intend to keep our business open and will be operating as usual during this vital period of social distancing.
• We have been briefed on the symptoms of COVID-19, and everybody who works with us is under strict instructions to stay at home at the first sign of any respiratory illness or fever.
• We will wash/sanitise our hands thoroughly before and after visiting anyone’s home. We will also wear a fresh pair of disposable gloves for the entire visit.
• We accept contactless payments.
• We have not recently travelled overseas or knowingly had contact with an infected person. In the unlikely event of exposure - we will obviously stay home and self-isolate in line with the latest government rules.
• When booking an appointment we will ask you to confirm that you have not recently travelled overseas or knowingly come into contact with an infected person.
• We agree to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and refrain from shaking hands and keep at least 1.5m from others. We kindly ask that you do the same.
• For the time being, we will have to respectfully decline appointments to homes under quarantine.

The proper sealers, cleaners and other care products are an integral part of preserving the natural beauty of these surfaces and Josh offers a professional service to keep your floor looking fantastic.

Tile and grout cleaning 

Tiles can be difficult to clean as dirt accumulates in the pores of the tiles and grout. Josh's purpose-built tile and grout cleaning machine uses environmentally friendly products and upwards of 80 degrees hot water to strip built-up dirt and grime from tiles and grout, while providing an antibacterial clean.

Tile and grout protecting

Avoid grout staining from accumulated dirt by applying a sealant. Colour sealing is a permanent solution for sealing floors, splashbacks, bathrooms and shower walls. It will eliminate impossible to remove stains. Jason uses epoxy colour sealers which have a 15-20 year life expectancy and provide excellent stain protection. 

Grout restoring 

Badly stained grout is not easily cleaned. Josh can recolour and restore your grout from a choice of 25 colours and you will enjoy tiles that look fresh and new again. Josh can also remove cracked grout and replace it in shower walls, floors, splash backs and any other tiled areas. He can also remove and replace existing silicone if it has become discoloured and affected by mould.
