Calisthenics is for everyone
Calisthenics is a sport that you can be involved in from very young right through to an adult. It develops fitness, coordination and concentration skills.
It is often described as ‘the artistic sport’ and incorporates a range of disciplines that include elements of dance (including ballet) and gymnastics (low-impact flex). It is a team sport with additional opportunities for participants to compete in solos and duos if they choose to.
