The Canning Arts Group (CAG) in Riverton, provides art classes and workshops which are offered to members and the general public including adults, children and people with disabilities and special needs. Come and let your creativity flow!
The Canning Arts Group (CAG) is a not-for-profit, self-funded community based organisation. They have been serving the community for 50 years by providing a place to unleash your inner creative.
Art classes and workshops are offered to members and the general public including adults, children from the ages of 7, and people with disabilities and special needs.
They offer:
Pottery
Painting
Glass slumping
Workshops
Classes
School holiday activities
Canning Arts Group is located at 72 Riley Road (Corner High Road), Riverton and is open from Monday – Friday 9.30am – 1.00pm.
Giftware and artworks are on display and available for sale in the gallery, which is open to the public Monday to Friday 9.30am - 1pm. The members' themed exhibition of works changes regularly.
A variety of beautiful artwork including framed and unframed prints, canvas painting, pottery and ceramics, slumped glass, jewellery and much more are also available for purchase!
