With two captivating locations to choose from throughout the year, members can enjoy the sparkling waters of Kent Street Weir, Wilson during the sunny months of November to March, or find solace in the serene waters of the Canning River at the Shelley Sailing Club on Watersby Crescent in Shelley as the temperatures start to fall from April to October.
An array of amenities awaits members, from the well-maintained club boats, to special 'Come and Try Days' designed to welcome newcomers. After an invigorating paddle, nearby food and drink options provide a perfect opportunity to refuel and relax.
Even those without their own equipment need not worry, as the club offers convenient hire boats to ensure everyone can partake in the fun. Modern facilities are also readily available, guaranteeing comfort during each visit.
Skill enhancement is a guarantee through the comprehensive training program, enabling participants to paddle with finesse. Tuesdays come alive with exhilarating races, where participants challenge their own times over a distance of 5 to 6 km.
