Scouts

Joeys

Joey Scouts jump into all sorts of fun and games! Boys and girls aged 6 and 7 years old can join Joeys, and when they do there is lots to keep them occupied.

Joeys meet once a week under the supervision of a trained Joey Scout Leader and their helpers. Joeys are taught about sharing, about nature and about the world around them.

Joeys are given a sense of belonging and learning ways of creative expression. Most importantly, Joeys are taught to jump in and help. The Joey Scout Theme is Help Other People.

Joeys are held on Thursday 5.30 - 6.30pm.

Cub Scouts

For boys or girls between the age of 8-10 years. Cub Scouts wear a uniform and meet once a week where they learn new things to help them as they grow up and become Scouts.

Each week they find out about many different things, play exciting games as well as going to interesting places and spending some weekends away on Cub Scout Pack Holidays. The Cub Scout Pack usually consists of 24+ children who are divided into groups called Sixes.

Cub Scouts are held on Wednesday 6 - 7.30

Scouts

For boys or girls between the age of 10.5 - 14 years. Imagine you're exploring a mountain wilderness with a small group of friends, camping out, cooking for yourself, sharing ghost stories round a campfire each night. You're just 12 or 13 years old, but your not afraid - because you're skilled and fit and in safe hands.

Scouts are held on Thursday 6.30 - 8.30pm
