Started in 2010, The Riverton Aquanauts Swimming Club is family focused and promotes healthy competition in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Riverton Aquanauts Club Nights run at Riverton Leisureplex once a month on Friday evenings (warmup-up is at 6.30pm for a 6.45pm start). These provide a great opportunity for your child to experience racing in a fun and inclusive environment. There are a variety of events to try ranging from 25m races to the longer 1500m races.
The opportunities and pathways for club members range from social club nights, right through to State and National Competitions.
Club members are welcome to race at club nights and at Swimming WA meets under the club banner.
Non-members can attend three Club Nights, before being asked to sign-up. The cost of Club Nights for non-members is $5 plus pool entry. In addition, a cost of $3 per event (up to a maximum of 3 events) is required, as they have technical officials present at all Club Nights making all times officially recognised.
