Make friends and have fun
Girls’ Brigade groups (also known as Companies) are part of an international organisation for girls aged 6 to 18 years, encouraging them to develop social and leadership skills within a church setting.
Riverton Girls’ Brigade empowers girls and young women to develop their gifts and skills, particularly in leadership, enabling them to lead authentic and influential lives. You’ll make friends, have fun, and enjoy activities designed for the girls of today.
Something for everyone
Leaders are appointed by the Girls Brigade group’s partner church - Riverton Baptist Community Church.
Girls Brigade leaders have Working with Children Cards and have undergone Safe Ministry training, to ensure a safe and encouraging environment for everyone.
Riverton Girls’ Brigade caters for girls from Pre-primary to Year 12 with age-appropriate programs.
- Cadets & Juniors (Pre-primary to Year 6)
- Seniors & Pioneers (Years 7 – 12)

Membership
The group meets on Wednesday during the school term 5.30pm to 7.15pm.
