Rostrata Netball Club

Rostrata Netball Club is a community-based club focused on creating a fun environment for players to learn netball and engage in sports. They don’t grade and everyone is welcome.

Netball

Small club, big community!

Rostrata Netball Club was founded in 2006 and their focus in on their players and community. There is a place for every player regardless of experience, and they are a culturally and socially diverse club that welcomes everyone.

The club has blossomed over the last 15 years, and takes in teams of boys and girls from age 7+ all competing at different levels of netball. The club is currently run by a small, dedicated group of volunteers including parents, umpires and coaches, and we work hard to ensure players have the best access to coaching, equipment and fun!

Set and Go - Girls and boys aged 7-10

It's a chance to learn the netball basics, get outside and make some friends. For a lot of kids, this is the first time they'll pick up a netball or chuck on a bib. It's a learning experience.

Juniors aged 11-17

For those who want to take the sport a bit more seriously. You'll play across a full season, improve your skills and fitness, and make friends for life.

Seniors

You can push yourself and compete or sign up with friends and have fun. It’s all about playing your way.

Rostrata Netball Club is proudly smoke free and includes training and games facilities at Rostrata Primary School and Fremantle Netball Association.

After registration, training teams begin training in April at Rostrata Primary School, ready for the first game in May which takes place at Fremantle Netball Association. All players attend training, where they learn from specialist coaches, and build their teamwork and netball skills. Players and teams are encouraged to join with friends so they can have the best netball experience.

At games, teams have the chance to compete against other clubs, with modified rules for Set and Go ages (7-10) and enjoy playing a team sport. The club loves seeing the players grow and develop over the season, and make their way to finals and Grand Finals with their fantastic coaches.
