Join Willetton Community Garden
The Willetton Community Garden was established in 2015 by members of the community. They are an enthusiastic group of people working to create a vibrant space for people to enjoy.
Members can:
- share with other members in planting and harvesting from the Garden’s vegetable beds, fruit trees and herb gardens.
- establish a garden bed to grow their own vegetables.
- learn more about home gardens and gardening.
- participate in Garden social events.
Monthly Busy Bee
The Busy Bee is a good time to come and see what they do and meet other people. If you like you can join in activities around the garden. Jobs may include weeding and tidying garden beds, planting, watering, cleaning up areas including the garden sheds, rotating compost. Or you may have a favourite activity that you like to do on Busy Bee Day. Bring a plate of food to share afterwards, it’s always a good time to meet and catch up.
