About Insight Early Learning Kelmscott

Located conveniently on Albany Highway, a few hundred metres from the Armadale-Kelmscott Memorial Hospital, Insight Early Learning Kelmscott is perfectly situated for both area residents and commuters. 

Garden to Plate Program

With the Garden to Plate Program, the children learn about all aspects of gardening, including recycling and composting. This program will teach them about sustainability and seasonal produce by using ingredients harvested from the garden to create delicious recipes in the modern commercial kitchen. 

Children will grow up cooking, eating, and sharing delicious food while learning lifelong skills including:

•    Food preparation
•    Cooking meals
•    Cleaning up 
•    Making healthy food choices

This supports their natural curiosity and understanding of life cycles, nature, and the seasons. 

Excursions and visitors

The Bush Kinder program lets the children explore nearby bushland, giving them:

•    Increased confidence
•    Motivation & concentration
•    Improved social, physical & language skills
•    Deeper understanding of, and respect for the natural environment

Visitors include Happy Feet, Police, Ambulance, and local wildlife teams.

State-of-the-art centre

Promoting healthy living and active lifestyles, Insight Early Learning Kelmscott is a light-filled centre wrapped around lovely old-growth trees. Our newly renovated playground focuses on natural designs, which will help children learn through play, encouraging their curiosity and activating their imagination.
