• We intend to keep our business open and will be operating as usual during this vital period of social distancing.
• We have been briefed on the symptoms of COVID-19, and everybody who works with us is under strict instructions to stay at home at the first sign of any respiratory illness or fever.

• We have not recently travelled overseas or knowingly had contact with an infected person. In the unlikely event of exposure - we will obviously stay home and self-isolate in line with the latest government rules.
• When booking an appointment we will ask you to confirm that you have not recently travelled overseas or knowingly come into contact with an infected person.
• We agree to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and refrain from shaking hands and keep at least 1.5m from others. We kindly ask that you do the same.
• For the time being, we will have to respectfully decline appointments to homes under quarantine.

Premium paint

There’s a big difference in high quality and inferior paints. Cheaper paints look fine when going on the walls wet, but by the time the paint is dry, there is a huge difference in quality and coverage. Colour advice

These days there is an endless range of colours and finishes to choose from, when it comes to painting your home. Josh understands that the decision making process can be quite overwhelming, so he is happy to provide help and advice on which will be the best choice to get the desired result for your home.

Don’t try to DIY

There’s a big difference between a DIY painting job and a professional one which will last for years. It might seem like a good idea to grab a paintbrush and a can of paint and have a go yourself, but getting a professional finish isn’t as easy as it looks. Without the correct equipment and experience, getting to those hard-to-reach-areas is difficult and painting ceilings can be back breaking work.

How often should you paint your home?

Josh recommends repainting the outside of your property every 5 to 10 years and living/work areas every 3 to 5 years depending upon the elements. If you leave it too long, the paint deteriorates and it will cost a great deal more to bring your property back to its original glory.
