A variety of activities are set up each week and you can take part at your own pace within a supportive, friendly, and safe environment.

Activities run from 9.30am to 10.30am, followed by morning tea from 10.30am to 11.30am.

Sessions are designed for people aged 50 plus, but everyone is welcome.
