Here's what happens if you don't

If you die without a Will, (known as dying intestate) your estate will be distributed according to the Administration Act 1903 (WA).

Firstly, all debts will be paid; but then the rules are complicated and change depending on the value of your estate and the type and number of family members you have.

So, if you have money and assets that you would like certain people (especially those outside your family) to receive, the, only way you can be sure this will happen is if you make a Will.

It's always a good idea to get some legal advice to make sure your Will is correctly prepared according to your wishes.
