• All ridge capping repointed with flexible pointing compound
• Valleys and Flashing checked if required
• Valleys relipped if required
• Flashing relipped and secured if required
• Source and repair any reported leaks
• Coat of Dulux Acratex roofing sealer
• Recoat flues, vents or flashing on the roof where practical
• Two coats of Dulux acratex roofing membrane
