Australia Day family fun!
Join the City of Canning at Shelley Foreshore for a morning of family fun, and by family they include your DOGS!
There will be so much to do. Enjoy a canine adventure course, roving entertainment, stage shows and puppy parades. Plus if you get a bit peckish, there will be plenty of food trucks serving something for everyone. For the kids (and adults!) there will be Australia Day-themed activities galore, plus the Community Citizen of the Year awards.
Entry plus all the activities are family friendly and free. The food trucks will charge for food and beverage.
Activities include:
- Puppy Parade - just sign up your pet at the beginning of the event and go in the running to win a prize!
- Free stand up paddle boarding
- Aussie and dog themed craft activities
- Sporting pop ups for kids
- Photo Booth (pet friendly)
- Free caricatures with your pet with award winning cartoonist "Smithy" Greg Smith
- Canine Adventure Course
- Inflatable waterslide
There will also be two off lead areas (one for small pups the other for large) so your furry friends can do some zoomies and burn off some energy.
