7 uses for empty egg cartons

1. Grow seedlings in them and then plant the whole thing – the egg carton will break down and you’re less like to damage the seedling.
2. Store delicate/fragile Christmas baubles.
3. Use them to store hardware such as screws and nails – use a different compartment for each size.
4. Use to hold golf balls and ping pong balls.
5. Turn the carton into a bead organiser for craft projects.
6. Run out of paint pots? An egg carton is great in an emergency!
7. Store condiment bottles upside down in an egg carton in the fridge.
