Ingredients
Apple Raspberry Custard Parcels
1 sheet puff pastry
4 tbsp ready made custard (plus extra to serve)
1 apple, peeled, cored and finely diced
16-20 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 egg, whisked
Method

Cut the sheet of pastry into 4 squares. The pastry will be easier to handle if it is well chilled.

Put 1 tablespoon of custard into the centre of each square with a spoonful of the apple, and 4-5 raspberries. Be careful not to overfill.

Bring the corners of the puff pastry to meet up in the middle, and seal them together to make a small parcel.

Brush with the whisked egg.

Place in a pre-heated air-fryer in a single layer for 7-8 minutes at 200C.

Allow to cool slightly before serving with a little extra custard.
