  • Add a pretzel on either side for the butterfly wings.

  • Cut a jelly snake in half for the butterfly’s body.

  • Add some little lolly eyes for an adorable touch.

Flower Power:

  • Cover the top of the cupcake in green icing or butter cream.

  • Place a small lolly in the centre as the flower's centre.

  • Use flattened mini marshmallows to create the petals and place around the centre lolly.

Space Adventure

  • Cover the cupcake with dark blue icing or butter cream to represent outer space.

  • Use silver or white sugar sprinkles to create stars and moons on the top.

Oreo Owl

  • Cover the top of the cupcake with chocolate butter cream.

  • Twist apart an Oreo cookie and place one half on each side of the cupcake to resemble wings.

  • Place two lolly eyes in the centre and there’s your owl!

Emojis

  • Top the cupcakes with yellow icing or buttercream.

  • Use coloured icing to create various emoji faces, such as smiley faces or winking faces.

You can also provide a variety of decorating materials such as lollies, icing tubes, fruit and chocolate, and let the kids get creative with their own cupcake designs. It's all about having fun and enjoying the process!
