Here are 8 yummy options to get you started

Frozen fruity yoghurt crisp

Mix Greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey with your choice of frozen berries. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper spread it out to form a thin layer. Freeze for about 2 hours. Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!

Banana ice cream

Cut up ripe bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Next, blend the frozen bananas in a food processor until creamy and scoop into bowls for a healthy and delicious banana ice cream (it’s sooooooo good – tastes like real ice cream!).

You can also make our ice cream in a bag without a freezer!

Smoothie icy poles

Make a smoothie with your choice of fruits, yogurt and/or milk, and a little bit of honey. Pour the mixture into icy pole moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Frozen berry and yoghurt cubes

Mix frozen berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries) with Greek yoghurt. Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, pop the cubes out and enjoy!

Chocolate covered frozen banana

Cut a banana in half and insert a pop stick. Freeze for 2 hours. Once frozen, melt some chocolate and dip the banana in it. The chocolate should start to go hard as soon as it touches the frozen banana, so you can enjoy them straight away or put them back into the freezer for a bit longer.

Frozen fruit kebab

Cut watermelon and pineapple into cubes (or any other fruit you prefer that can be cubed!) and thread them onto a skewer with whole strawberries. Freeze for about 2 hours and enjoy!
