Ingredients
Fruit base
- 500g frozen or fresh mixed berries
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp sugar
Topping
- 90g cold butter, chopped
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup oats
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- Mix the berries, vanilla and sugar and place in a baking dish.
- Rub the butter into the rest of the crumble ingredients until it resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the berries.
- Bake for 25 minutes and serve with custard, cream or ice cream.
