Strawberry and Chocolate Tarts
1 sheet puff pastry
9 squares chocolate (or equivalent amount of mini choc-drops)
200g strawberries, chopped
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 9 squares (each about 8cm square).
- Place each square into the cup of a non-stick muffin tin so that it forms a slight hollow (no need to press it all the way in).
- Put a piece of chocolate in the bottom of each one and top with chopped strawberries.
- Bake at 200c for 15 minutes - keep an eye on them and cover the top with foil if they brown too quickly. Serve warm or cold.
