Ingredients
- 350g strawberries, hulled
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 300ml whipping cream
- Extra strawberries, to serve
Method
- Using a blender, puree the strawberries and sugar together.
- Whip the cream until firm.
- Fold half the puree through the cream, until just combined.
- Divide the cream mixture between 4-6 glasses and top with the remaining puree.
- Decorate with extra strawberries to serve.
