Strawberry and Cream Mousse

You'll need just three ingredients and 15 minutes to make this super simple and heavenly strawberry dessert.

Ingredients

  • 350g strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • Extra strawberries, to serve

Method

  1. Using a blender, puree the strawberries and sugar together.
  2. Whip the cream until firm.
  3. Fold half the puree through the cream, until just combined.
  4. Divide the cream mixture between 4-6 glasses and top with the remaining puree.
  5. Decorate with extra strawberries to serve.
