Ingredients

350g strawberries, hulled

1/4 cup of sugar

300ml whipping cream

Extra strawberries (to serve)
Method

Using a blender, puree the strawberries and sugar together.

Whip the cream until firm.

Fold half the puree into the cream.

Divide the cream mixture between 4-6 glasses and top with the remaining puree.

Decorate with extra strawberries to serve
